CHEIC is part of Altair Asesores Group, which has acquired and consolidated vast experience in advising public and private companies worldwide in fields such as law, finance, trade and management over the last fifteen years, providing technical assistance to developing countries mostly within European Union, World Bank and Regional Development Bank aid programmes.

Altair Asesores’ experience in Asian countries and especially in China (training of judges, public prosecutors, public officials) was the starting point for the founding of CHEIC. Trade and investment flows between China and Spain are very low and even more so when compared with other European countries. Consequently, vast opportunities present themselves in the fields of commerce, investment and services.
